Asset Backed Commercial Paper CCAA Proceedings, involving the representation of retail note holders of Asset-Backed Commercial Paper during the restructuring of the market following the freeze in mid2007. I assisted with the firm to design a strategy to use the CCAA provisions to negotiate a valueadded settlement for the severed Nortel employee group. This strategy led to a resolution of the matter.
